Steps to locate and identify a client's Facebook Business ID
- Enter the following URL https://lookup-id.com/#.
- Enter client’s full Facebook profile URL as listed on questionnaire
- i.e. https://www.facebook.com/innergrooverecordsnj/
- Click find numeric ID
- Copy Facebook ID number
- Paste Facebook Business ID / number in Facebook User Name field when setting up Engagement Menu.
