Steps to locate and identify a client's Facebook Business ID
  1.  Enter the following URL https://lookup-id.com/#.
  2.  Enter client’s full Facebook profile URL as listed on questionnaire
    • i.e. https://www.facebook.com/innergrooverecordsnj/
  3.  Click find numeric ID
  4.  Copy Facebook ID number
  5. Paste Facebook Business ID / number in Facebook User Name field when setting up Engagement Menu.
